Under supervision of the Practice Lead, the Business Development and Programs Manager will assist with coordinating new business proposals with a focus on Data Analytics. This position will be involved throughout the business development process from initial decision to pursue through production and delivery of the final proposal, including assisting the proposal team in meeting deadlines and ensuring inputs meet DevTech’s quality standards. He/she will have direct, hands-on experience with entire proposal development process with a goal of producing compliant, responsive, and compelling proposals. The candidate will demonstrate a capacity to interact collaboratively with co-workers and consultants. He/she will assist with the implementation of effective proposal development procedures, tools, and templates, and interpretation of solicitation requirements for document organization and production. This will include capturing data analytics processes, tools, and artifacts used on projects implemented by DevTech that will be profiled in future proposals. The Business Development and Programs Manager also assists with the development and maintenance of proposal libraries, in addition to updating business development trackers. He/she will assist the Business Development team with the monitoring and tracking of upcoming solicitations through various procurement portals, including but not limited to, beta.sam.gov and Ebuy. The candidate must have demonstrated experience working under tight deadlines and producing high quality deliverables.    In addition to Business Development support, the candidate will also support the development of marketing materials. Candidates must be flexible, and willing and able to work overtime occasionally

DevTech is seeking applications for a Senior and Mid-level Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to support an evaluation services task order released under the U.S. State Department's Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ. The purpose of this Task Order is to provide evaluation services and technical support for the DOS Bureau of Counterterrorism.   Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist The Lead M&E Specialist (Team Leader) will work full-time (“full time” is defined as at least a 40-hour work week) for the duration of the period of performance and option periods, if and to the extent that options are exercised. The individual will provide technical direction and overall guidance for all activities under this task order and supervise the work of all contractor staff.
