DevTech Systems, Inc. (DevTech) is the prime implementer of the FAST project.   DevTech Systems Inc. seeks experienced project manager for its PFM practice, located in Arlington, VA. The Project Manager provides project management, administration, and coordination support to projects in PFM and Economic Growth areas. This role provides technical, project management, contract management, financial management and staff management support. This include, but is not limited to, human resource management for the on-going projects (and Tasks), recruitment of consultants, financial management, processing procurement actions, tracking projects’ deliverables, producing progress reports, organizing, and leading meetings and overall home office backstopping including significant coordination efforts both within DevTech and external stakeholders. The USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL) is responsible for leading the Agency's policy planning efforts, shaping overall strategic and program planning, ensuring the Agency's effectiveness as a learning organization, and overseeing donor engagement. In doing so the Advisor will work with PPL’s other offices to promote inter-office collaboration. The Advisor will also work in partnership with other USAID Bureaus and offices such as the Management Bureau’s Chief Information Office (M/CIO) and USAID field missions and other Agencies such as the Department of State, as needed.   The Advisor will provide advice and expertise in information system development and management, as well as expertise in performance monitoring of international development programs to ensure that systems are meeting the Agency performance management needs and strengthening its ability to manage, analyze and learn from monitoring data.
